Welcome to the State and Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS), a web-based application that allows permitted facilities to compile and submit point source emissions inventory data.

Confidential Submittals:
Confidential information should not be reported through SLEIS. The Confidential Business Information (CBI) box within SLEIS is not available for selection and all information submitted through SLEIS will be made publically available. A request for confidentiality must be submitted to the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE) along with a hardcopy of both the public and confidential emission reports. The Department has a new Confidential Request form which outlines the specific detail needed to evaluate your confidential claim. Please find this request form on the NDEE website under the Publications & Forms/Air Quality Program/Applications and Forms links.

Minimum browser requirements for SLEIS are Internet Explorer version 9 or later, Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
Electronic User Registration
Registration for SLEIS requires that you download and complete the provided registration form using the link below. After you have completed the form, please make a copy of the form and mail the original to the address indicated at the bottom of the form.
When we receive your registration, the information will be entered into SLEIS, and you will receive an email with a link to create your initial account password. The password must be between 8 and 30 characters long, and include at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter.
